What the crap is going on? You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn’t been any activity in it recently.

Fortunately, I found a workaround. Just curious but have you tried installing it anyway and seeing if Windows 7 will assign it’s own drivers? Windows seven has done a fantastic job with suppling drivers for most hardware. Wus5b4gsv2 found this fix on Linksys website concerning your adapter.

They were intended for Windows 7, but I modified them slightly. What information do llinksys need? Rob Duff robduff wrote on Windows gives error saying that no driver exists for my device in the specified directory. You need to log in to change this bug’s status.

I am using 7. Everything was supposed to work that worked with Vista, which was supposed to run everything that ran on XP, etc. I downloaded the zip file and I am not sure what I should do next with the unzipped files.

For now I’ll just stick with 7.
