研究生了，第三次地貌实习了，还是有一大堆东西都忘记了，这次去斋堂，之前没有去过，还很高兴
对面的台就是马兰台，大名鼎鼎的马兰黄土就以它命名，下面左边的一排房子就是师大军训基地——斋堂基地（不过我们当年好像是在温泉那边）

The jeep ran with its colorful lights. It fit for kids more than 8 years old, and 16 times smaller than the real one. BTW, we are not trying to grasp the tail of the young time, but have innocent heart.
It seems we have heard so much about global warming, environmental degradation and resources shortage recent years. Couple of years ago, the film The Day After Tomorrow strike us with horrible climate change event. After that, there comes Ice Age, well known animation series, telling the story about the melting of ice cap and the animals’ fleeing. Maybe, it’s a cartoon film having nothing to do the serious problems evoked by the climate change. Last year, an inconvenient movie, named An Inconvenient Truth, won the academy award – Oscar.
Last semester, rainbowrain asked me about how to be harmonic, environmentally friendly, and resources economical to the Earth. No innovational ideas emerge in my head. Because of the film, the western news pay more attention to the potential hazard. TIME give a special issue - The global warming survival guide, 51 things you can do to make a differences . Some ideas looks realistic and inspiring. Here I give you all and short explanation from me:

拓展训练起源于第二次世界大战期间；当时，盟军在大西洋的物资供应线屡遭德国纳粹潜艇的袭击，大部分水手在运输船被击沉后葬身鱼腹，只有极少数人得以生还；人们惊奇的发现大多生还的往往不是年轻力壮的水手，而是那些富有经验，心理素质较强的年长者； 通过对这一现象的分析与研究，得到的结论是—-能在恶劣环境下求得生存,靠的不是体能而是良好的心理素质； 据此德国人库尔特·汉恩提出了“拓展训练”理信念 （ Outward Bound）并于是1941年在英国创办了一所专门训练水兵的学校，后来逐渐延伸为军队士兵生存能力的训练；二战结束后，“拓展训练”也从最早的军事生存训练演变成为社会和经济领域服务的一种人本训练； 今天， “拓展训练”融汇outward Bound培训理念，围绕着领导艺术、团队建设等现代管理的中心问题，结合企业的发展需要与参训者的人格特征，通过全方位素质培训，一方面使参训者重新认识自我，重新定位自我，实现自我超越；另一方面，提高员工对企业的忠诚度，以全新的方式凝聚企业的向心力；
拓展训练的效果九十年代中期，中国大陆开始出现拓展训练。时至今天，全国已有百余所拓展训练服务机构，拓展训练在中国也逐步走向成熟。拓展训练实际是一种“体验式学习”。心理学研究表明：听到的信息可以被记住10%；看到的信息可以被记住20%；亲身体验的信息则可以被记住80%。就像学会了游泳、驾驶之后，就算很长时间不接触，仍然不会忘记，而即使是反复背诵的公式或英文单词，只要过了一段时间不用就怎么也想不起来了。因此，通过在模拟环境中的亲身体验与总结，学习到的知识和观念会深深的植入心中，不容易被忘记。这也是拓展训练这类体验式学习学习效果非常显著的原因。
拓展训练的形式：
拓展训练通常利用崇山峻岭、翰海大川等自然环境，通过精心设计的活动达到”磨练意志、陶冶情操、完善人格、熔炼团队”的培训目的拓展训练的课程主要由场地、野外和水上三类课程组成。场地课程是在专门的训练场地上，利用各种训练设施，如高架绳网等，开展各种团队组合课程及攀岩、跳越等心理训练活动；野外课程包括：远足露营、攀岩速降、野外定向、户外生存、伞翼滑翔等；水上课程包括：游泳、跳水、扎筏、漂流等。
拓展训练通常有以下四个环节：
1、团队热身。在培训开始时，团队热身活动将有助于加深学员之间的相互了解，消除紧张，建立团队，以轻松愉悦的心态投入到各项培训活动中去。
2、个人项目。本着心理挑战最大、体能冒险最小的原则设计,对受训者的心理承受力是极大的考验。
3、团队项目。团队项目以改善受训者的合作意识和受训集体的团队精神为目标，通过复杂而艰巨的活动项目，促进学员之间的相互信任、理解、体验默契配合的效果。
4、回顾总结。每项活动结束后，回顾总结能够帮助学员消化、整理、提升训练中的体验，让学员能将培训的收获迁移到工作中去，以实现整体培训目标。
拓展训练的特点：
1、挑战心理极限。拓展训练的项目都具有一定的难度，主要表现在心理考验上，需要学员向自己的能力极限和心理极限挑战，力争跨越极限。
2、综合活动性。拓展训练的所有项目都以体能活动为引导，引发出认知活动、情感活动、意志活动和交往活动，通过实际的综合，实现学员全身心的体验。
3、个性与集体的体验。拓展训练实行分组活动，强调集体协作，要求每名学员竭尽全力为集体争取荣誉，同时通过从集体中吸取巨大的力量和信心，在活动中充分体现个人的个性魅力。
4、获得成功体验。通过克服困难，完成训练项目要求，学员能够体会到发自内心的胜利感和自豪感，获得成功的体验，增强以后在克服困难时的信心。
5、实现自我教育。教练只负责把课程的内容、目的、要求以及必要的安全注意事项向学员讲清楚，活动中一般不进行讲述，也不参与讨论，充分尊重学员的主体地位和主观能动性。即使在课后的总结中，教练一般也只是简单引导，主要让学员自己讲述体验和体会，达到自我教育的目的。
通过拓展训练
参训者可以在以下方面有显著的提高：认知自身潜能，增强自信心，改善自身形象；克服惰性心理，磨练战胜困难的毅力；启发想象与创造力，提高解决问题的能力；认知团队的作用，增强对集体的责任心和参与意识；改善人际关系，学会关心他人，融洽地与群体合作；学习欣赏、关注和爱护大自然。
